Why do I need to lodge tax return?
Once a year every australian company has to declare its profits or losses by lodging company tax return.
When do I need to lodge it?
Normally company tax return has to be lodged by 31st of October. However, an extenstion till 15th of May can be granted if lodged through us.
Which documents do I need to lodge my tax return?
We require your company`s TFN, ACN, company bank statement, profit and loss statement and financials for the whole financial year.
What If I can`t supply financials or profit and loss statement?
